Program Structure and Content
Often times the journey starts well before your off-site with an analysis of the impact the fast-changing business environment has on the direction the company needs to take.
Once into the three-day off-site, you and your leadership team will focus on both your own team dynamics and on what would it take for the organization to keep winning over the next 3-5 years.
Depending on the make-up of the team and the way your decisions are usually made, you may need to spend more time on forging a commitment to one and unique shared agenda within the leadership team. Individual contribution and support to the agreed-upon « Must Wins » will be crucial to translating your decisions into reality when back in the office.
At the end of executive program, the team is leaving with an agreed-upon strategic road map, key responsibilities, and top talent appointees to lead the execution. And above all, a shared accountability for making it happen.
Methodology
Over the three days, your management team will be assisted by our seasoned group facilitators who themselves have been leaders and change agents of their organizations. They have both facilitated strategic plans and executed them with success.
The approach encourages leadership teams to embrace a new group dynamic thus helping individual and team discovery and aligned decision making.
