Website www.alprocket.com is owned and used by ALPROCKET, a company providing services and training to board members, CEOs, executives and managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

ALPROCKET (collectively, « ALPROCKET » and « we » and « us ») understands how important your privacy is to you. We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data, including any personally identifiable information in accordance with the law.

Article 2 – Acceptance of the privacy policy

By browsing our website or using our services or by providing us with your personal data, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and agree to be bound by them and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

This Privacy Policy will apply to any use of or visit to our website and any subsequent dealings with ALPROCKET. In order to comply with applicable laws and regulations, ALPROCKET may transmit or disclose your personal data at the request of a court of law or by order of the competent authorities, or pursuant to other legal obligations to protect and defend our rights or property, to prosecute and detect illegal activities.

If a service provider and a subcontractor are located in a country whose data protection laws do not guarantee the protection of personal data comparable to that of Switzerland, ALPROCKET contractually commits these service providers and subcontractors to respect the Swiss level of data protection.

For a feature to be operative (for example: downloading a PDF file, sending a web page, or a newsletter), we may need to collect your email address.

Our main hosting provider is located in Switzerland. This provider is bound by a contract that guarantees and requires that it acts upon ALPROCKET’s request and implements all technical measures necessary to guarantee the security of your personal data.

If ALPROCKET were to be acquired by or merged with another company, including in the context of a bankruptcy, we could then share your data with them.

If you provide us with your employer’s contact details as your billing address, you expressly authorize us to provide your employer not only with the information required for billing purposes but also with other training-related data.

Article 10 – Use of Google AdWords

ALPROCKET uses Google AdWords on its website and conversion tracking in order to compile statistics on the use of our website and to analyze them in order to optimize our offer. Google AdWords saves for this purpose a cookie on your terminal as soon as you access our website by clicking on a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and do not allow you to be identified. If you visit the ALPROCKET website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google AdWords and the client can detect that the USER has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page.

The information collected using conversion cookies is used to compile conversion statistics for Google AdWords customers who use conversion tracking. Google AdWords customers know the total number of USERS who clicked on their ad and were redirected, via a conversion tracking tag, to an affiliate page. However, ALPROCKET does not receive any information that could personally identify USERS.

The ALPROCKET Newsletter contains news, offers, and other information. By subscribing to the Newsletter, you will receive personalized information about products and services, suggestions for participation in conferences, workshops, and surveys. To receive the electronic newsletter, simply enter your e-mail address.

Article 13 – Contact form

If you have any questions whatsoever, you can contact us using the form on our website. Please enter a professional and valid e-mail address, your first and last name, your ZIP code, and your telephone number so that we can identify you and answer your request. You can provide further information on an optional basis. Your data will be processed on the basis of the consent you have freely given when you contact us.

Article 14 – Survey and campaigns

If you participate in surveys and campaigns, ALPROCKET processes your personal data for the purposes indicated in the consent. The data collected concerns questions about the purpose as well as additional socio-demographic information about you. You can participate without identifying yourself unless this was part of the consent.

The personal data collected is not associated with any personal data that you may have already provided to us. The personal data collected in the context of the surveys are only used internally by ALPROCKET.

Please note that the deletion of your personal data by the operator of the social media platform (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram) is governed by the data protection policy of the operator of the social media platform.

After this period, we will delete your personal data without having to inform you. Any personal data that is no longer required will be erased and destroyed in a secure manner.
